The primary responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, preparing students in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB) according to the syllabus, and conducting regular assessments to track and improve student performance. Faculty members will also be responsible for creating question banks, developing in-depth subject materials, and mentoring students through doubt-solving sessions to enhance their concept clarity and exam strategy.QualificationsStrong foundation and expertise in teaching Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB)Experience in JEE, NEET, and NDA exam patterns and syllabusSkills in curriculum designing, question paper setting, and performance analysisExcellent classroom management, communication, and student mentoring skillsProblem-solving ability and proficiency in simplifying complex conceptsPostgraduate or graduate degree in relevant subject area with outstanding academic recordsProficiency in spoken and written EnglishPrior teaching experience for competitive exams is a significant advantage
