We're hiring a Senior Designer at INEAZY.We're a growing interior design startup, and we're looking for someone who can hold a project from the first client conversation all the way to the last site visit — without losing the thread.What you'll do:Lead design development across premium residential projects end to endTranslate client briefs into spatial concepts that are precise, personal, and buildableProduce and oversee drawings in SketchUp and CAD to a standard that leaves no room for interpretation on siteWork closely with 3D and execution teams to keep design intent intact through every stageOwn the client relationship on the design side — from concept presentation to final sign-offWhat we're looking for:B.Arch, B.Sc Interior Design, or a Diploma in Interior Design4–6 years of experience in interior design with an architectural backgroundFluent in SketchUp and CAD — fast, accurate, no hand-holdingSomeone who understands structure, not just surfacesStrong enough to push back on a brief when the design calls for itExperience on residential projects preferredThis is a senior role. You won't be executing someone else's vision.
