The Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and designs in accordance with project specifications. This role includes collaborating with designers and architects, transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices. Proficient in technical and electrical drawings and cable in site supervision. MANDATORY SKILLS: Floor plans, Furniture detailed drawings, Wall Elevations, Wardrobe, Kitchen Vanity drawings, Electrical Plans, etc.Should have at least 2 years of experienceShould be proficient with site measurements and site executions. QualificationsProficiency in drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar softwareStrong understanding of architectural design, layouts, and building materialsExperience with reading and interpreting technical drawings and plansAttention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach in producing drawingsExcellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively as part of a design and execution teamFamiliarity with local construction practices and relevant building codesDiploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
