Job DescriptionSeeking an individual for a full-time position to work with the bridge lending team to explore and underwrite new investment opportunities in US real estate markets. This individual would work remotely from India and interact with the team via daily video conference calls.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and prepare financial modelsLead due diligence process for potential investmentsWork with equity and debt sources in funding projectsPrepare investment packages, deal memorandums, and internal documentation on various project transactionsPrepare debt sizing and valuation models in the first line after financial modelsSkills/QualificationsStrong desire to be in the real estate industryStrong Excel skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience in writing reports or investment memoranda preferredHighly motivated, organized, hard-working and detail-oriented individual eager to learn all facets of real estate lendingStrong academic recordEmployment TypeFull-time NY hours 8 am to 5 pm
