Position: SAP SD Functional Consultant (S4 HANA)Location: RemoteContract Position**MUST have 10+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution module) with 6+ years of SAP S4 HANA exposure on S4 implementations.We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Functional Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end Order to Cash OTCOTC solutions as part of global SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs. The role requires strong hands-on configuration expertise, solid business process knowledge, and proven experience working in complex, integrated S/4HANA landscapes with multiple workstreams and external systems.The consultant will act as a functional SME, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to design, build, test, and deploy scalable SD solutions aligned with global templates and regional requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA SD Solution Design and DeliveryDeliver end-to-end SAP SD / OTC solutions for S/4HANA implementation across APAC.Lead AS-IS / TO-BE process discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.Configure and support core SD components including:Sales documents, item categories, and schedule lines.Pricing conditionrecords,accesssequences,pricingproceduresconditionrecords,accesssequences,pricingprocedures.Output management.Copy controls and partner determination.Billing invoices,credit/debitmemos,proformainvoices,credit/debitmemos,proforma.Interfaces connected to the OTC workstream.Advanced S/4HANA SD CapabilitiesNice to have: Hands-on experience with Condition Contract Management CCMCCM / Settlement Management.Nice to have: Strong understanding of rebates, accruals, and partial/final settlements in S/4HANA.Experience working with Business Partner, Fiori applications, and new S/4HANA features.Integration and Cross-Module CollaborationWork closely with:FI/CO for account determination, revenue posting, settlement, and tax integration.MM / EWM / TM for delivery, picking, shipping, freight, and stock availability.GTS for compliance and trade management.Build, Test, and DeploymentPrepare and review Functional Design Documents FDD/FSDFDD/FSD and interface specifications.Support and lead SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for WRICEF developments.Ensure adherence to global template standards while supporting local legal and business requirements.Stakeholder and Delivery ManagementAct as a trusted functional advisor to business and IT leadership.Coordinate with partners, offshore/onshore teams, and regional business users.Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for AMS and support teams.Support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills and ExperienceMandatory10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including 6+ years in S/4HANA.Strong S/4HANA SD implementation experience, with at least three full lifecycle implementations. Support-only experience is not preferred.Deep expertise in Order to Cash OTCOTC processes.Hands-on configuration experience in:Pricing and billing.Partner determination.Output management.Sales orders, deliveries, goods issue, and billing.Nice to have: Strong knowledge of CCM / Settlement Management in S/4HANA.Experience working in large, global, multi-country SAP programs.Strong functional documentation and testing experience.Experience working with multiple SD interfaces to external systems.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience in aATP, complex pricing, and promotion settlement scenarios.Experience with CPI / EDI troubleshooting.Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, or retail industries.Soft Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead functional design areas.Comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation programs.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
