The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of food products while ensuring compliance with food safety standards, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishmentConduct regular physical stock audits and cycle countsMinimize wastage, spoilage, and expired goods (FIFO/FEFO adherence)2. Goods Handling & StorageSupervise receiving, unloading, and storage of goodsEnsure proper labeling, stacking, and storage conditions (temperature, hygiene)Maintain cold storage standards if applicable3. Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate order picking, packing, and dispatchEnsure timely delivery of goods to customers/outletsWork closely with logistics and transport teams4. Compliance & Food SafetyEnsure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and hygiene standardsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouseEnsure proper pest control and safety practices5.
