Talent Acquisition (All Functions)Own end-to-end recruiting across:Go-To-Market (Sales, CS, RevOps)Engineering & ProductImplementation & OperationsBuild structured hiring frameworks and scorecardsImplement quality-of-hire measurement systemsUpgrade talent density across the organization2. Organizational & Workforce PlanningPartner with CEO and leadership to design org structureBuild hiring roadmaps aligned to ARR growthEnsure right talent mix (senior vs mid-level)3. People Operations & SystemsImprove onboarding programsCreate performance review frameworksImplement structured goal setting (OKRs/KPIs)Establish compensation bands & levelingEnsure compliance and policy alignment4.
