The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, lead teams of developers, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align software development with organizational goals.QualificationsStrong expertise in Software Development, System Design, and ArchitectureExperience with Cloud Computing technologies, DevOps practices, and Software DeploymentLeadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring developers and coordinating cross-functional teamsProblem-Solving and Analytical Thinking abilities to troubleshoot and optimize technical issuesFamiliarity with Agile Methodologies and Project Management principlesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in consulting or a track record of delivering enterprise-level IT solutions is a plus
