Khyati Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (KHPL) is looking for a senior leadership professional to head and scale its API & Raw Materials business, with a strong focus on international exports and additional responsibility for domestic trade.This is a P&L-driven leadership role with full ownership of business growth, supplier networks, and global client relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead and scale the API & chemicals business vertical with full revenue ownershipDrive international exports of APIs, intermediates, excipients, and chemical raw materials across key markets (LATAM, Africa, Asia, etc.)Build and manage strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and institutional clientsDevelop and expand a reliable network of API manufacturers and chemical suppliers (India, China, and other key sourcing hubs)Identify high-potential molecules/products and build a profitable product portfolio strategyLead commercial negotiations (pricing, credit terms, contracts) with both suppliers and buyersOversee end-to-end trade lifecycle: sourcing → pricing → sales → logistics → collectionsTrack global market trends, pricing movements, regulatory shifts, and supply-demand dynamicsBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performance team across procurement and salesExplore opportunities to strengthen domestic trading operations alongside export growth Qualifications:10–15+ years of experience in:API trading/export companiesAPI manufacturers (commercial/export roles)Chemical trading/export businessesProven track record of closing international deals and scaling export revenueStrong existing network of:Global buyers (distributors/importers)API & chemical manufacturersDeep understanding of:Global API trade flows (India, China, LATAM, Africa markets)Pricing mechanisms and commercial dynamicsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and own a business verticalStrong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
