This role involves managing data pipelines, ensuring production stability, and enabling continuous improvement across the data ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize end-to-end data pipelines & data warehouse operations• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems• Support ETL workflows (Python, SQL, Airflow)• Work with AWS, Snowflake, BI tools, and monitoring platforms like Datadog• Drive DataOps practices: CI/CD, automation, and proactive monitoring• Lead incident, problem & change management (ITIL)• Perform RCA and implement long-term fixes• Collaborate with engineering, analytics & business teamsRequired Skills:• 5–8+ years in data pipeline development & data warehousing• Strong SQL & performance tuning expertise• Experience with Snowflake (AWS preferred)• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI / Streamlit)• Hands-on with observability tools (Datadog preferred)• Strong problem-solving & communication skillsGood to Have:• ITIL knowledge & incident management experience• Exposure to fast-paced, production-critical environmentsInterested candidates can share their profiles or reach out directly to
