(Civil)Ph.D. in CivilExperience: As per AICTE Norms· Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.· Develop professional logistics to improve student performance.· Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.· Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.· Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.· Participate in departmental and college activities.· Serve and support the functional activities of departmental committees.· Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.· Research development activities & Research Guidance· Promotion of industry–institution interaction and R&DApplicants should hold Ph.D, M.Tech and B.Tech in the relevant subject from a reputed Institution.Should have sufficient experience in Teaching, Industry & Research with reputed Institutions as per AICTE/UGC normsShould have research papers published in International / National Journals.Should have books published and Scholars awarded / currently working for.
