Key Responsibilities:Lead Direct B2B sales of Debricking Equipment to steel and heavy industriesVisit steel plants and industrial clients for technical presentations, demonstrations, and site assessmentsDevelop and execute territory-based sales plans, maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospectsUnderstand client requirements and suggest appropriate custom machinery solutionsLiaise with internal design, service, and support teams for proposal generation and project deliveryPrepare technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD where requiredMaintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with purchase, operations, and maintenance departments in target companiesMonitor industry trends and provide feedback to product and design teamsRepresent company at trade shows, expos, and on-site demosKey Skills:Mechanical aptitude and industrial solutioningStrong communication and technical presentation skillsField sales planning and executionClient relationship managementSelf-discipline and independenceTechnical drawing and AutoCAD usageUnderstanding of plant safety protocols and industrial operationsQualifications:Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering3–5 years of experience in capital machinery or mechanical equipment salesProven experience in B2B field sales to steel plants or similar manufacturing industriesMust have visited steel industry sites and understood plant operationsStrong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial applicationsAutoCAD proficiency is mandatoryWillingness and ability to travel extensively across regions for field sales
