Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Navi Mumbai. You will act as the Sales Control Tower supporting the sales team by ensuring strong coordination, timely proposals, clean CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-ups, and smooth collaboration with internal teams (Ops/Finance). Your work will directly impact deal velocity, customer experience, and the team’s ability to consistently meet monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM: lead stages, notes, next actions, and follow-up schedules Manage proposal/quotation coordination: collect inputs, track approvals, share final documents with clients Coordinate meetings, site visits, client calls, and follow-ups to improve closure speed Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, accurate communication, and professional coordination Prepare sales trackers and basic MIS reports (weekly pipeline, quotes sent, follow-ups due, closures status) Maintain sales documentation: proposals, company profile, work orders, client communication trails Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations Good experience in customer service and professional communication (email + WhatsApp + calls) Understanding of the sales process and ability to support day-to-day sales execution Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory) Prior experience in a sales support / coordination / admin role is a plus Why Join Accordible Work with a high-growth company serving premium clients across India Learn end-to-end sales operations in a fast-moving services business Strong opportunity to grow into Sales Operations Lead / CRM Manager roles
