Essential Requirements:Professional experience working with complex enterprise hardware, software, and networking solutions.Strong communication skills, with experience in failure analysis, escalation management, and documentation. In-depth understanding of memory, processor technology, and server power/thermals.Expertise in server BIOS settings, including proper use and understanding of boot sequence and key modules, interactions using UEFI/BIOS modes, and PXE Boot.Knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, VMware, Linux) with the ability to analyze and decipher TSR, SEL, LC logs.Experience with performance issue resolution and measurements tools for OS, hardware, application software, or appliances. In-depth experience with NICs and CNAs also communication device protocols Desirable Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and/ 5-9+ years of related experience in the IT industry.Proficiency in working with third-party technical partners or geographically dispersed engineering teams and scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Experience in using Protocol Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, teardown and re-assembly.
