Given our decade of success, we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.*Upon selection candidate has to relocate to BangkokRequirements:5+ years of project management experience, preferably in finance-related projectsIdeally some tech industry / e-commerce background, with finance operations and business analysis experienceExtensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence peopleProcess Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading process integration, reorganization, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentUndergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional accounting qualifications also acceptable)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, high-intensity environmentComfortable working with uncertainty and experimentation in a high-velocity environmentHighly numerate with strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and change management skillsAttention to detail, self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset and high learning agilityExcellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills, and strong interpersonal skillsHigh dependability with a sense of urgency, results-orientation, and strong business acumenResponsibilities:Project manage and implement various company-wide strategic initiativesInvestigate implications of new initiatives on finance functions (accounting, tax, operations, treasury, commercial, financial systems, risk & control, etc.)Coordinate with stakeholders to gather key requirements, optimize suggested processes, and make trade-off decisions with shifting prioritiesEnsure constant communication and calibration between project teams and stakeholdersRepresent finance on cross-functional forums and influence key stakeholders to incorporate Finance requirements into product and business roadmapsEnsure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plansAssist with UAT testingEnsure smooth project go-live and prompt resolution of any post-launch issuesWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
