We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Service DeskExperience Range: 2 – 6 YearsLocation: Bangalore / Mumbaicandidates should come to office for Walk in Drive(Face to face Interview)Weekend Walk-in Drive: 28 March 2026(Saturday)Timing: 10AM to 1PMMust-Have:Provide first level technical support via voice calls and chat for end users.Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.Hands‑on experience with ServiceNowFollow ITSM/ITIL best practices for incident and request management.Must be familiar with ITSM processesTroubleshot issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access.Proficiency troubleshooting common IT issues: Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, VDI. Ensure timely resolution or escalation of tickets within defined SLAs.Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Participate in EST Hours rotational shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Report to the office daily as per company policy.Experience supporting global usersMaintain high levels of customer satisfactionInterested candidates pls share your cv to mailid: with subject /" Service Desk/" for further Discussion
