The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing payroll, overseeing the offboarding process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate employee databases. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.KEY RESULT AREAS· HR Systems AdministrationSystem Admin: SuccessFactors, GreytHR, BGV PortalIntegrations with Successfactors: Biometric System, LinkedIn Learning & R&R portals.HR Tools Training of New Joiners.New Configurations & Bug Fixes via IT Support consultantsHRIS Reporting - System based accurate and customized reports as per requirementEmployee Data ManagementEnsuring 100% accurate and real time data updates in HR SystemsCreating new entities, positions, departments, locations, jobs etc in SuccessFactors to ensure standardizationMaintaining Employee's physical Personnel Files with required documents as per HR SOP.PayrollProcess monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.Collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.Maintain and update payroll records in complianceCustomer SupportEmployee Query resolution pertaining to SFGreytHR Query resolution pertaining to policiesBGV for exited employeesOnboardingEnsuring accurate employee data at time of onboarding.Issuance of Appointment Letters - Same day with copy in fileBackground Verification for all new joinersEmployee Personnel File CreationOffboardingTimely completion of exit process along with settlement of final dues in GreytHR along with ensuring properClosing full & Final Settlement of dues within 10 days along with experience letter issuanceEmployee Personnel File Closure and movement to digital File CabinetCompliance (Company)Quarterly, half yearly & annual returns as per applicable statutes for all Entities, New Company Registrations - As per the defined schedulesPublish Compliance calendar - Monthly publish to Company Secretary.Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.Liaise with Compliance consultants empaneled to ensure company compliance is 100% on all the applicable statutesCompliance (Contractor)New site registrations, renewals, amendments under CLRA, BOCW, ISMW, Trade License, Shop actsBOCW PenetrationCompliance Audits & PenetrationTimely Escalations - Monthly MIS to flag 100% critical concernsCompliance Awareness sessionsCompensation and Benefits SupportMonthly Payroll Tracking v/s Budget.
