We design and produce salwar suits, kurta sets, co-ord sets, and fusion wear — selling across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Amazon India, and our own D2C website (). We're scaling aggressively across marketplaces, D2C, and offline retail.The RoleWe're looking for an E-commerce Merchandiser who owns the entire product listing lifecycle — from catalog creation to conversion optimization — across all our marketplace and D2C channels. This is not a /"upload and forget/" role. You'll be directly responsible for how our products show up, get discovered, and convert.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCatalog & Listing ManagementCreate, publish, and maintain product listings across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Amazon India, and (Shopify)Write compelling, keyword-rich product titles, descriptions, and attribute tags — no copy-paste templatesEnsure 100% accuracy in pricing, size charts, inventory sync, and product categorization across all channelsCoordinate with the photography/creative team to ensure listing images meet each platform's specs and quality standardsMarketplace OperationsManage day-to-day seller panel operations: inventory uploads, order processing flags, return/exchange coordination with ops teamTrack and fix listing errors, suppressed SKUs, and content quality flags across platformsStay on top of each marketplace's policies, algorithm changes, and catalog requirementsSearch & Discovery OptimizationOptimize listings for marketplace search (SEO within Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Nykaa) — keywords, backend search terms, category mappingMonitor search ranking for key styles and categories; identify and act on dropsManage and optimize Myntra PLA (Product Listing Ads) and Amazon Sponsored Ads — budget allocation, keyword targeting, bid management, ROAS trackingPerformance AnalyticsTrack SKU-level performance: views, CTR, conversion rate, sell-through, return rateBuild and maintain weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights — not vanity dashboardsIdentify underperforming SKUs and recommend actions: price correction, image refresh, delisting, promotion pushAnalyze competitor listings, pricing strategies, and bestseller trends on each platformD2C Website (Shopify)Manage product merchandising on — collections, homepage curation, product sequencingCoordinate with the marketing team on sale events, landing pages, and promotional bannersEnsure site navigation, filters, and product discovery are optimized for conversionCross-functional CoordinationWork closely with the design and production teams on upcoming launches — ensure listings go live on time with complete assetsCoordinate with the warehouse/inventory team on stock availability, low-stock alerts, and restock timingFlag market trends, size-level demand signals, and category gaps to the founder for production planningYou Should Have1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising or catalog management (fashion/apparel strongly preferred)Working knowledge of at least 2 of: Myntra Partner Panel, AJIO Seller Hub, Nykaa Fashion Seller Portal, Amazon Seller CentralExperience with Shopify or any D2C platformStrong written English — you'll be writing product copy, not just filling formsComfort with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reportingBasic understanding of marketplace PLA/sponsored ads and performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR)Bonus PointsExperience with marketplace advertising tools (Myntra PLA, Amazon PPC)Exposure to fashion trend research and competitive benchmarkingFamiliarity with inventory planning or demand forecasting at a SKU levelWhy BulBulYou're joining at a growth inflection — marketplace scaling, D2C push, offline expansion all happening simultaneouslyDirect access to the founder — zero bureaucracy, fast decisionsIn-house manufacturing means you'll see the full loop: design → production → listing → sale → data → next collectionReal ownership of outcomes, not just task executionApply with your resume and a short note on what you'd do differently if you looked at our current Myntra or Amazon listings today.
