Designation: Sr. Accounting Manager (US Client)Experience: 5–7 Years(Minimum 2 years of experience in the US Accounting domain is mandatory)Shift Timing: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (IST)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to work directly with aUS-based corporate client. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations,supervising onsite teams, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Work directly with US-based corporate clients and manage end-to-end accounting operations.• Manage day-to-day activities of the onsite accounting team.• Supervise and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll functionsexecuted onsite.• Handle intercompany, bank, and sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations during month-endclose.• Manage month-end closing activities including payroll accounting, depreciation & amortization,prepaid expenses, and provision entries.• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and internal managementreports.• Perform variance analysis on P&L; and Balance Sheet accounts to identify and explain keydrivers.• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support budgeting and financial planning activities.Systems & Tools:• ERP / Accounting Systems (NetSuite exposure is an added advantage)Required Skills & Qualifications:• 5–7 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 2 years in US Accounting.• Strong knowledge of US accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.• Experience handling AR, AP, Payroll, and reconciliations.• Strong communication skills and ability to work with US stakeholders.• Proven team-handling and coordination skills.
