Job description - Clinical Trainer Job Title Clinical TrainerDepartment ClinicalJob Location Thane HQJD Version 1.0Who we areAt Progenesis, we are a team of experts fighting against infertility issues that couples oftenface, ensuring a hurdle-free journey towards pregnancy.It was in 2014 when we first stepped into the area of healthcare with the sole motto ofbeing companions in highs & lows of couples journey to parenthood.Company Website - What you will do | Job Responsibility• Conduct clinical and process training for newly joined clinical and paramedical staffacross centers.• Design and deliver training modules related to fertility treatments, patient careprotocols, and clinical procedures.• Deliver highly engaging and interactive training sessions using adult learningprinciples such as case-based learning and experiential methods.• Incorporate role plays, simulations, and real-life clinical scenarios such as patientcounselling, consent taking, and handling difficult patients.• Use activity-based learning techniques such as case discussions, group problemsolvingexercises, and clinical decision-making drills.• Conduct mock drills and hands-on simulations for procedures and patient handling.• Apply blended learning approaches including classroom training, on-ground training,and digital learning modules.• Provide induction training for RMOs, Nurses, Counsellors, and Patient CareCoordinators.• Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill development.• Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.• Train staff on IVF treatment cycles, procedures, medications, and patientmanagement protocols.• Ensure all clinical staff follow standardized treatment and documentation processes.• Stay updated with latest fertility treatment practices and share knowledge withteams.• Monitor adherence to clinical SOPs and hospital policies.• Conduct audits and training assessments to evaluate staff competency.• Identify training gaps and plan corrective training programs.• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and center heads for training requirements.• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.• Support implementation of new clinical protocols across centers.• Provide hands-on training and guidance during clinical procedures when required.• Travel to different centers for training and quality monitoring (if required).Experience2–5 Years of Relevant ExperienceEducationB.A.M.S / B.H.M.SLanguageMarathi (Mandatory), Hindi and EnglishRequired SkillsStrong clinical knowledge in fertility/IVF domain.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Strong presentation and training delivery abilities.Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs.Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
