Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of webinars, virtual events, and in-person experiences.This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and project management ideal for someone who thrives on timelines, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.You will own the entire lifecycle of events, from ideation and planning to execution, promotion, and post-event analysis, while ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, design, and external partners.Key Responsibilities1. Webinar, Podcasts & Event StrategyOwn and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of all initiatives across webinars, events, podcasts, and customer-led content (testimonials, success stories)Plan and execute a calendar of webinars, workshops, podcasts and events aligned with business goalsIdentify themes, formats, and speakers that drive engagement and pipelineOwn audience targeting, positioning, and messaging for each eventBe responsible for reporting, analytics and growth2. End-to-End Project ManagementBuild detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows for each campaignCoordinate across internal teams (content, design, sales, ops) and external stakeholdersEnsure deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are met without compromise3. Campaign Execution & PromotionLead go-to-market strategy for events including email, social, paid ads, and partnershipsCollaborate with content and design teams to create landing pages, creatives, and assetsOptimize registration and attendance rates through continuous testing4.  Customer, Speaker & Stakeholder ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage customers, speakers, and partnersCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to source high-quality customer storiesOwn end-to-end execution of customer testimonials (video, webinar, podcast, written)Manage briefings, rehearsals, recordings, and approvalsAct as the primary POC for all stakeholders5. Event Operations & Vendor ManagementOwn end-to-end event operations across virtual and in-person formatsManage webinar platforms (Zoom, HubSpot, etc.) and event tech stackHandle vendor interactions, negotiations, and logistics (venue, production, collaterals, etc.)Ensure seamless execution via run-of-show planning, troubleshooting, and live moderationTake full accountability for execution quality across all touchpoints6. Customer Content & AdvocacyBuild and manage a pipeline of customer advocates across regions and segmentsConvert customer success into multi-format content (video testimonials, webinars, podcasts, case studies)Ensure customer content is leveraged across the funnel (ads, landing pages, outbound, demos)Work closely with revenue teams to align content with conversion and sales goals7. Performance & AnalyticsTrack key metrics: registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROIMeasure impact of customer content on conversion and pipelineAnalyze performance and generate actionable insightsShare structured post-event and content reports with stakeholdersContinuously refine playbooks for scalable growthKey Requirements4+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on events, webinars, or customer-led contentProven ability to own and execute projects end-to-end independentlyStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesStrong eye for design quality and marketing collateral reviewNice to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS or childcare spaceExperience running international or multi-region eventsFamiliarity with paid acquisition channels for event promotion
