Role overview: We are seeking a motivated Associate – NetSuite ERP to support NetSuite operations for our clients This role is ideal for early-career candidates who are eager to grow their skills in ERP, financial systems, and business process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas.Much of this role will involve NetSuite ERP implementation activities. You will also assist with day-to-day system administration, reporting, and enhancements, while gaining exposure to the financial and operational functions across various industries.What will you do: Provide daily NetSuite support for the PE firm and portfolio companies, including user assistance, issue triage, and basic troubleshootingAssist with system configuration tasks such as custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and roles/permissionsSupport implementation or optimization projects as portfolio companies adopt or expand NetSuiteMaintain strong data integrity through data audits, cleansing, and validation processesSupport month-end and quarter-end activities through reporting and data extractionParticipate in testing of new features, integrations, and system upgradesDocument system processes and configuration to support consistent standards across portfolio companiesCollaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and support efficient workflowsAssist in onboarding new users and providing basic training across multiple entitiesIdeally, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field3–6 years of experience with ERP systems; exposure to NetSuite is a plusStrong interest in financial systems, business operations, and technologyAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with large data setsExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience or internship in private equity, finance, consulting, or an accounting environmentUnderstanding of one or more business process (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing) that lead into to accounting functionsExposure to NetSuite configuration (saved searches, workflows, dashboards)Familiarity with financial reporting or accounting conceptsExperience supporting multi-entity organizations
