The GM will oversee the growth and management of the retail TMT sales business, focusing on business planning, operations, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, optimizing operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the retail TMT sector. The role requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved effectively.QualificationsExperience in P&L Management and Business Planning to drive revenue and profit growth while meeting strategic objectivesStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain client relationshipsProficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and improve efficiencyProven track record in team leadership and stakeholder collaborationExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)Experience in the steel or construction materials industry is an added advantage
