Job Title: Pre-Sales Manager – US StaffingLocation: Remote (India)Preferred Locations: Hyderabad / BangaloreExperience: Up to 8 yearsShift: US Hours (Swing hours)Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Inside Pre-Sales Manager with strong experience in acquiring US staffing clients across Independent Placements (IP) and MSP/VMS models. The role is focused on new logo acquisition, MSP/vendor onboarding, and building a sustainable North America sales pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard US-based clients for IT / Non-IT staffing through IP and MSP/VMS channelsProspect, qualify, and close new business using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referralsEngage with MSPs, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients to secure staffing requirementsHandle vendor registrations, MSA onboarding, and rate negotiationsMaintain a healthy pipeline in CRM and consistently meet revenue targetsCoordinate with delivery/recruitment teams for timely fulfillmentTravel locally within Hyderabad/Bangalore for primary face-to-face meetings after identifying the right stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceUp to 8 years of inside sales / business development experience in US staffingStrong exposure to MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.)Proven experience in IP/direct client acquisitionExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in US time zonesWillingness and ability to travel locally for key client/vendor meetingsPreferredCandidates based in Hyderabad or BangaloreExisting network with US hiring managers, MSPs, or vendor partnersExperience selling IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Professional staffing servicesWhat We OfferPerformance-linked incentives with uncapped upsideHigh-ownership role with direct revenue impactFast-growing, entrepreneurial staffing environment
