Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counselor based in Vadodara. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for assisting students in understanding visa requirements, preparing application documents, and outlining the visa process. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on course and university selection, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, coordinating with educational institutions, and delivering exceptional support to students at every stage of their overseas education journey. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skillsKnowledge of visa application processes and international education systemsProficiency in document preparation, record management, and organizational skillsAbility to provide guidance on course selection, university recommendations, and country optionsStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulationsPrior experience in student counseling, visa processing, or education consultancy is a plusProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online application portalsPreference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
