Design Cafe is hiring Community Manager for Bangalore (HSR CENTER)Address: 2nd Floor, 11, 17th Cross Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102Qualification :● B.Arch or Bachelor in Interior DesignTechnical / Professional● 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)● Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)● 3+ experience in reviewing designs,team mentorship, escalation and client managementJob Description / Responsibilities :● Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the DC values, andwork processes.● Ensure timely delivery of DP projects● Ensure client satisfaction for all DP projects● Match projects and leads to most suitable DP – as applicable and when necessary● Ensure DPs are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latestguidelines, projects, incentive programs etc.● Ensure community stickiness through regular training and community sessions● Track competition and industry trends● Provide all necessary support to DPs to manage their projects and their clientsAny other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure DP community health and growthDesired profile of the candidate :● 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)● Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)● 3+ experience in reviewing designs, team mentorship, escalation and client management● Problem solver, and excellent at troubleshooting design issues for all stakeholders -designers, clients and project teams● Excellent interpersonal skills● Proven ability in design + project management in interior design projects● Managed and mentored design subordinates and peers● Good working knowledge of modular interior projectsInterested,Drop in your profile at
