The responsibilities include providing technical application support, troubleshooting performance concerns, assisting in developing innovative polymer solutions, analyzing application challenges, and serving as a bridge between the technical and commercial teams. The Application Specialist will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of polymer solutions.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess performance and diagnose application issuesProficiency in Application Support with expertise in Specialty PolymersExperience in Troubleshooting technical and operational challengesExceptional Communication and collaboration skillsTechnical Support experience in polymer applications or related fieldsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with polymer processing techniques and materials is an advantageProblem-solving abilities and attention to detail
