Company Description:AMPM is about an effortless sort of luxury, one that doesn’t inhibit, restrict but enables to go on about life as well as move the world a little with a sense of quiet confidence.Over the past two decades we have become a group of passionate folks who are working on a vision of creating a global luxury lifestyle brand out of India.Job Description:To ensure the prototypes and samples are made as per the spec sheet providedTo ensure that the right material and reinforcements are used to achieve a desired shapeTo work closely with Master and Kaarigars to correct the technical faults in the samples and prototypesTo ensure timely delivery of protos and samples for the meetingsTo map the efficiency of the sampling floor and take necessary actions to improve itTo work closely with the design team to understand and implement design iterationsTo work closely with the QC team to ensure that the desired quality and fuctionality is achievedTo make the sampling / prototyping packet with all the required material and spec sheet before processing it for makingTo ensure that the sampling floor is well organized and presentable with easy access for patterns and other design requirementsTo ensure material and trim availability in material store for the sampling and prototyping for the seasonTo assist in getting new materials and trims by finding new vendors - domestic and international and getting NDA and other contracts signedCollaborate with material sourcing teams to select appropriate material (PU/Leather) and hardware componentsEvaluate the quality, durability, and suitability of different materials for specific designs and applications.To make dockets for the approved samples with necessary details required for the HOTo ensure patterns are graded and corrected for the seasonal HO meetingsQualifications:B. Accessories/ Diploma in leather and jewellery6+ Years of experienceTechnical Skills:Technical knowledge of construction for bags, belts, footwear and jewelleryExcellence in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop and Rhino or any other 3-D render softwareOther Skills Required:Eye for detailInterpersonal and communication skillsAbility to meet targets and multiple deadlinesTime managementLeadership and ownership skillsAptitude:OrganisedCalmSolution OrientedMultitaskerPro-activeCollaborativePlease email your CV and portfolio at
