Description:Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Pipeline — End to End Build and maintain the influencer identification pipeline — systematic sourcing of Vedic astrologycreators across Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. Focus: genuine Jyotish practitioners andeducators, not generic spiritual lifestyle accounts. Own all influencer outreach — personalised first contact, relationship building, negotiation ofcollaboration terms (performance-based UTM commission, not flat fees). Onboard new influencers — brief on the Vedic Gems brand, IGI certification story, contentguidelines, UTM link setup, and ASCI disclosure requirements. Issue content briefs for every campaign — specific stone, planet, Jyotish context, permitted andprohibited language (no outcome guarantees), mandatory ASCI disclosure in first line of caption. Review every piece of content before it goes live for sub-100K creators. Quarterly spot-check for100K+ creators. Track performance: attributed clicks, orders, conversion rate, and commission due per influencer.Monthly reconciliation with Growth Manager before payout. Fraud check: flag any influencer with a click-to-order ratio >15% before payout is processed.2. ASCI Compliance Every post must carry a disclosure in the first line of the caption — #Ad, #Sponsored, or “Paidpartnership with Vedic Gems”. No exceptions. ‘Paid partnership with Vedic Gems’ must appear as a text overlay in the first 3 seconds of any Reelor YouTube video. Prohibited language in all content: outcome guarantees, health claims, financial return claims. Briefevery influencer on this at onboarding. Maintain a compliance screenshot log for every post. This is a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have. Non-compliant posts must be flagged to the influencer within 4 hours for correction. Repeatviolations result in offboarding.3. Community Management Own the Vedic Gems Quora Space — curate questions, post answers that build genuine authorityon Jyotish gemstone topics. Target: recognised as a credible voice in the Quora Jyotish communityby M6. Manage the Reddit community presence — coordinate with Growth Manager on r/astrology andr/Jyotish posts. Respond to comments on Vedic Gems-related threads. Own and manage the Vedic Gems WhatsApp community groups — buyer community (post-purchase engagement, reorder prompts, stone care tips) and partner community (product updates,new arrivals, training reminders). Monitor brand mentions across platforms — Instagram comments, Reddit threads, Quora answers.Respond within 4 hours during business hours.4. Content Collaboration Work with the Growth Manager on the monthly content calendar — identify which stones, planets,and Jyotish themes to focus on each month. Brief and review the Content Writer on influencer-related blog content that supports the influencernarrative. Source authentic influencer content for Vedic Gems Instagram reposts (with creator permission) —builds social proof without additional production cost. Identify and pitch co-branded content opportunities — Jaipur studio visits, behind-the-scenessourcing content, live Q&A sessions with top performers.5. Reporting Weekly influencer performance update to Growth Manager — active influencers, orders attributed,top performers, compliance flags. Monthly influencer programme report — commission reconciliation, active count vs target,conversion rates, top 5 and bottom 5 performers. Monthly community health summary — Quora Space growth, WhatsApp group engagement, Redditmention sentiment.
