Customer & Stakeholder Management (ANZ Focus)Act as the primary delivery interface for ANZ customers and internal stakeholdersBuild strong CXO-level relationships and drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)Lead QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviewsAlign delivery outcomes with customer business objectives3. Multi-Practice Delivery OversightManage cross-functional teams across:Cloud Migration & ModernisationData Engineering & AnalyticsAI/ML & GenAIApplication Development & DevOpsEnsure seamless coordination across practices and shared delivery teams4. Financial & Commercial OwnershipOwn delivery P&L, including revenue assurance and margin managementDrive cost optimization, utilization, and efficiency improvementsIdentify and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts5. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and mentor Program Managers, Project Managers, and ArchitectsBuild a high-performance delivery culture with strong accountabilityDrive talent development, succession planning, and capability enhancement6.
