About Launch Manager – Corporate F&B OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Mobilization Manager to lead projects that enhance the experience of our clients, partners, Customers and internal users. This proactive role is critical for driving new project launches at client locations and improving operational efficiencies at client sites. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between the Sales team, Onboarding team, and other cross-functional departments, ensuring a seamless transition from project initiation to execution. The role involves overseeing launches and mobilizations across India, with travel required based on business needs. To Summarize, the role demands a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, combining meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage a broad array of responsibilities without compromising on quality or customer service.Key Responsibilities:Project manage new site mobilizations: prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths for kitchen build out, utilities, equipment installation, and service launch.Lead pre opening readiness: validate layout vs. scope, oversee equipment commissioning, small wares readiness, IT/POS setup, and food safety documentation.Own trial phase planning: define trial menus, test cycles, forecasting assumptions, and service standards; coordinate mock runs and soft launches.Monitor trial performance: capture volumes, feedback, wastage, and service metrics; recommend menu, process, and staffing corrections before full roll out.Coordinate staffing for mobilizations: work with HR to recruit, transfer, and onboard staff; plan training on SOPs, FSSAI/food safety, allergen and hygiene standards.Ensure regulatory and client compliance: ensure all licenses, audits, and documentation (food safety, fire, HSE, client checklists) are in place before go live.Lead client and stakeholder communication: run regular review meetings, share progress reports, manage expectations, and close action points.Manage suppliers for new sites: align vendors on product specs, delivery patterns, SLAs, and credit terms; ensure supply chain is stable for trials and ramp up.Control mobilization budgets: track capex and pre opening opex against approvals; highlight risks and implement cost control measures.Document and hand over: finalize SOPs, checklists, as built asset lists, and learnings; hand over to operations / unit manager after successful trial sign off.Required skills and competenciesStrong project management and organizational skills, with experience handling multiple site launches or transitions in food service or hospitality.Deep understanding of corporate catering operations, menu cycles, bulk production, and cafeteria service models.Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, allergen management, and relevant local regulations (e.g., FSSAI norms).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Proficiency in basic project tracking tools, MS Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.Project Management Of CoE Driven Other ProjectsThe Project Manager role also spans on select projects driven by CoE that targets to bring efficiency at work for all Internal teams leading to enhanced CSAT of Client, End users, vendor partners and internal teams.The CoE Projects includes including undermentioned various business enhancement projects.Tech Adoption of developed tech features for operations.Learning and Development of Operations Team for the use of the features.Site Visits and Audits for review of Process gaps and enhancement identificationIdentification of New Features required to be built.Participate in any ad hoc projects planned by CoE.Self-Learning and development of all Internal processes including the Onboarding process that will Help mitigate requirement changes immediately if required during a launch Project.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.Skilled in data management with advanced computer applications skills in Xls and Power point Presentation.Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading client-focused initiatives.Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-Starter, Ability to work with Minimal Supervision effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Working Here:At GoKhana, you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that’s passionate about transforming the way people experience food at work.
