We are looking for a qualified and experienced Special Educator to support students with Special Educational Needs within a structured, inclusive school environment.The RoleThis role involves identifying, assessing, and supporting students with Special Educational Needs across grade levels, working closely with class teachers, parents, and the school's academic team to ensure appropriate interventions are in place and consistently followed through.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess students with learning and developmental needs and develop individualised education plans in collaboration with class teachers and parentsDeliver targeted intervention sessions — individual and small group — tailored to each student's specific requirementsMaintain detailed records of student progress and adapt interventions based on observed outcomesWork closely with the academic team to support inclusive classroom practices and build teacher capacity around SENCommunicate regularly with parents on student progress, strategies, and next stepsContribute to the school's broader efforts to create an equitable and supportive learning environmentQualifications and ExperienceB.Sc. or B.A. with a specialisation relevant to child development or psychologyB.Ed.
