With a focus on simplifying the buying process, the company continues to innovate and grow in the children’s apparel market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Assistant will handle day-to-day store operations, assist customers with purchases, maintain inventory, and ensure the store is well-organized and presentable. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales and service standards.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage with customers effectivelyExperience in Retail Sales and the ability to drive revenue through effective in-store engagementProven Organization Skills to manage store inventory and ensure an orderly setupAbility to participate in and conduct relevant Training sessions to maintain high service standardsBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plusPrior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent educationSalary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
