We are looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator with a strong background in reputed schools or established pre-schools. Only candidates currently based in Pune with relevant leadership experience will be considered. The Auraved School (Proposed CBSE School) Location Wadgaon Sheri, Pune (Local Pune candidates only. Outstation applications will not be considered.) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and shape our early years program. At The Auraved School (Proposed CBSE), we focus on play-based, child-centric learning aligned with NEP 2020. This role is ideal for educators who can mentor teachers, design curriculum, and drive quality learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement ECCE / play-based curriculum Ensure developmentally appropriate teaching practices Monitor lesson plans, classroom delivery & activity execution Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback Mentor and guide pre-primary teachers & assistant staff Conduct staff training sessions & onboarding programs Maintain student developmental records & documentation Lead parent orientation programs & handle parent communication ❗ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education ECCE / NTT certification (compulsory) Minimum 3–5 years of pre-primary teaching experience Minimum 1 year in supervisory / leadership role Strong understanding of NEP 2020 & play-based pedagogy Experience in curriculum planning & teacher mentoring Based in Pune / nearby areas Available for walk-in interview on 27th or 28th March (11 AM – 3 PM) ❌ Do NOT apply if: You don’t have ECCE/NTT certification You don’t have leadership or coordination experience You are only looking for teaching (not leadership role) You cannot attend walk-in interview Walk-in Details Location: Bora Classes, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune Date: 27th & 28th March ⏰ Time: 11 AM – 3 PM Send CV: Contact: Shortlisted candidates will be prioritized during walk-in Applications from candidates with experience in well-known schools/preschools will be given priority.
