This role will partner closely with leadership to shape the innovation foundation, drive governance, and amplify our brand presence in innovation. The consultant will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution across technology, communication, and ecosystem engagement.For an organisation moving at this pace, you work alongside the strategy and innovation lead and the leadership team to spark the right conversations and turn market signals into products that customers actually use.How you’ll make an impact1. Innovation & IdeationCreative problem-solving and design thinkingAbility to identify gaps in ERP systems and propose novel solutionsMarket awareness on emerging technologies to align innovations with business needs and growth priorities. (Service & Asset Maintenance, SAP Cloud, Digital Excellence)Support the design and implementation of our Innovation Hybrid Operating Model, including governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.2. ERP Systems ExpertiseHands-on knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform)ERP customization, integration, and optimizationTesting and validation of ERP modules before productization3. AI & Emerging TechnologiesExplore and integrate AI/ML for ERP process automation and predictive analytics to SAP FSM, ServiceNow workflows, and Microsoft platforms.Evaluating new technologies for feasibility and scalabilityDriving digital transformation initiatives and PoCs and accelerators for AI use cases in asset-intensive industries.4. Program & Product ManagementLead end-to-end lifecycle management: ideation → design → test → productize including governanceRoadmap creation and prioritization of innovation projectsRisk management and compliance alignment5. Stakeholder ManagementEngaging and Collaborate with cross-functional heads and innovation champions to validate ideas and accelerate MVP development.Translating technical concepts into business outcomesNegotiation and consensus-building across diverse stakeholders6.
