Job Title: Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Navi Mumbai (Lower Parel/Goregaon)Experience: 1.6 YearsWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekPackage: ₹3 LPA to 3.3LPAJob Summary:We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in desktop and system support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 (O365) applications.Handle and resolve IT tickets using a ticketing tool.Perform system upgrades, software installations, and configuration management.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Provide end-user support and ensure timely resolution of issues.Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.Strong knowledge of Outlook installation and configuration.Hands-on experience with Office 365 setup and troubleshooting.Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).Good understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Work Schedule:6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)Compensation:CTC: ₹3LPA-3.4LPAContact Person Details:Suman Sharma
