With core values of integrity, innovation, and empathy, the company delivers comprehensive services across CSR initiatives, NGO/INGO collaborations, and government projects.Role DescriptionProject: Impact Evaluation Study of a Rural Development Project Location: Two villages in Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan Position: 4 Female Field Investigators Duration: Short-term assignment (field-based) Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with community members and stakeholders.Collect and document case stories highlighting project impact.Ensure accurate, ethical, and culturally sensitive qualitative data collection.Maintain detailed field notes and prepare clear documentation of findings.Build rapport with local communities and facilitate open conversations.QualificationsStrong skills in Qualitative Research methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and observational studiesProficiency in Data Analysis and Report Writing, with the ability to synthesize complex informationFamiliarity with Development Sector projects, including CSR, NGO, and Government initiativesStrong Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teamsWorking knowledge of research ethics and best practicesProven problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in dynamic environmentsA Master’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field is desirableExperience with SPSS, NVivo, or other qualitative data analysis tools is a plus
