Leadership & CultureLead and develop a high performing Procurement team by attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.Collaborate and partner with the Procurement Leadership Team and cross functional regional & global functions to create a best-in-class Procurement organization.Establish regular communication & operating mechanisms with the regional business and supply-base stakeholders to drive financial and functional metrics.Financial Metrics Deliver EBIT improvement for the region while mitigating market risks via focus on top line growth and bottom-line.Develop and implement regional procurement synergies across the organization.Procurement Operations Deliver on regional commitments (Proposals, Project Execution, Fulfillment, On Time Delivery, Supplier Quality, etc.).Drive Procurement initiatives in accordance with Category Management strategy (Preferred Supplier Network, business allocation, supplier consolidation, sole source reduction, risk mitigation, etc.).Drive BCC spend growth from the regional suppliers to fulfil global Veolia Water needsDrive compliance to ‘Procure to Pay’ policies & procedures.Enable digitization while adapting the usage of data analytics and digital solutions in the region in accordance with Procurement’s global digital strategy.Promote Supplier Diversity & Sustainability.Experience required :Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or any other related field.15 years’ experience in roles in Procurement & Supply Chain function in several types of industries, with regional/global leadership and knowledge of business strategy, procurement strategy & processes, category management and overall execution of procurement KPIs.Work experience in South Asia is a must, especially in EP/EPC contracts with major industrial companies.
