We are looking for a highly experienced Lead – Vehicle Motion Control Systems and Vehicle Dynamics, to lead and contribute to the design and development for our Automotive Domain.KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:Model-Based Design: Develop, modify, and maintain complex Simulink/Stateflow models for vehicle motion control systems (VDC/ESP, ABS, Torque Vectoring, Active Steering) or vehicle dynamics (suspension, steering, braking, powertrain).Control Algorithm Development: Create control-oriented vehicle dynamics models (low/medium fidelity) for stability, traction control, and estimator algorithms.Control Strategy Development: Design and optimize control strategies for Active Suspension, ABS, ESC (Electronic Stability Control), and ADAS features.Testing and Validation: Execute test strategies including Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) to verify algorithms.Simulation & Correlation: Perform Kinematic & Compliance (K&C) simulations, Ride & Handling simulations, and Tire Modeling to improve virtual testing.Code Generation: Utilize Embedded Coder or TargetLink to generate production-ready C/C++ code from models, ensuring compliance with MISRA/MAAB guidelines.Vehicle Integration: Work with Firmware/Integration teams to calibrate algorithms on test tracks, proving grounds, and in customer fleets.Safety Compliance: Ensure design compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and perform traceability analysis.
