We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and proven experience in S/4HANA upgrades and implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP EAM solutions, supporting business requirements, and ensuring smooth system integration and performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support SAP EAM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Participate in S/4HANA upgrade projects, handling end-to-end lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure and optimize SAP EAM modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Management, Asset Management, and Maintenance Planning. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices within SAP EAM. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure seamless system integration. Support system testing, documentation, user training, and issue resolution during project and support phases. Ensure effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Hands-on experience in S/4HANA upgrade or implementation projects with full lifecycle involvement. Strong knowledge of SAP EAM configuration, maintenance processes, and asset management workflows. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global project environments.
