The consultant will support implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades, ensuring scalable and compliant HCM solutions.This role requires hands-on configuration skills, strong client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Central (EC) CoreConfigure and support Employee Central modules including:Foundation ObjectsMDF ObjectsBusiness RulesWorkflowsRole-Based Permissions (RBP)Manage organizational structures, job architecture, and employee lifecycle processesSupport EC upgrades, releases, and regression testingPayrollConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / ECPManage payroll schemas, wage types, and calculationsSupport payroll integrations, validation, and reconciliationEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsTime ManagementConfigure time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence typesSupport time valuation, accruals, and integration with payrollTroubleshoot time evaluation and attendance issuesBenefitsConfigure benefits eligibility, enrollment rules, and plan structuresSupport benefits open enrollment and life event processingIntegrate benefits providers and third-party vendorsIntegrations & DataDesign and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systemsSupport data migration, validation, and data consistencyWork with SAP CPI / middleware for inbound and outbound interfacesTesting & SupportSupport unit testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activitiesProvide post-go-live stabilization and production supportCreate functional and technical documentationRequired Skills & Experience3–6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experienceStrong hands-on experience with:Employee Central CorePayroll (ECP)Time ManagementBenefits AdministrationExperience with implementations, upgrades, and production supportStrong understanding of HR processes and complianceExperience with integrations and data migrationExcellent client-facing and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsSAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, Payroll, Time)Experience with SAP CPI / Integration CenterGlobal or multi-country implementation experienceAgile or project-based delivery experienceSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with a proactive approachStrong stakeholder and client management skill.NOTE: If interested please share resume to with these details like Years of experience , CTC, ECTC, Notice period, Location.
