Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual designinitiatives and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate businessand marketing objectives into compelling visuals.Key Responsibilities- Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across branding, marketing, anddigital platforms- Create high-quality visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and printmaterials- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices- Work closely with external agencies, printers, and vendors when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field- 4-7 years of professional design experience- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign work- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills- Strong communication and presentation abilitiesWe care about:Speed - not as a feature, but as a mindsetTaste - not trend-following, but taste-makingExecution - because ideas are cheapExperience - because people remember how something feltThis is not for everyone.
