About Position: We are looking for a senior solutions marketing leader to define, position and scale this narrative in the market, translating deep capability into clear business outcomes and measurable revenue impact.Role: Senior Solutions Marketing Leader - Data, Analytics & AILocation: PuneExperience: 10 to 15 yearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: Develop and refine market-facing messaging and narratives for Persistent’s Data, Analytics, and AI solutions in alignment with broader go-to-market priorities.Translate solution capabilities, industry use cases, customer pain points, and value propositions into clear, outcome-led messaging for business and technology stakeholders.Create and maintain solution collateral such as solution briefs, pitch decks, one-pagers, campaign content, case study outlines, sales talking points, website copy inputs, and other reusable GTM assets.Support or lead packaging and positioning of offerings for different industries, buyer personas, and stages of the sales cycle.Build sales enablement materials that help internal teams articulate Persistent’s value proposition more clearly, consistently, and effectively.Support strategic pursuits through development of executive-ready solution narratives, differentiated messaging, and deal-support content where required.Contribute to campaign themes and content for demand generation initiatives, webinars, events, inside sales programs, partner marketing, and strategic account outreach.Work with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to convert complex technical concepts into simple, compelling, and differentiated narratives.Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify messaging opportunities, whitespace areas, proof points, and emerging themes relevant to Data, Analytics, and AI.Support development of customer stories, proof points, and reusable content assets that strengthen solution credibility in the market.Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and positioning across solution assets, campaigns, and channels.Track asset adoption, campaign feedback, and field inputs to improve content relevance, usability, and impact over time.Expertise You'll Bring: 10 to 15 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, B2B technology marketing, content-led go-to-market, or a related role in technology services, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology businesses.Strong understanding of enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, integration, cloud, or digital transformation themes.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business narratives.Strong writing and storytelling skills for business, technology, and executive audiences.Experience creating market-facing content such as solution decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, thought leadership pieces, campaign assets, executive presentations, and sales enablement materials.Ability to structure messaging for different audiences, including CXO, business, technology, partner, and sales stakeholders.Comfortable conducting competitor research, market scans, and messaging analysis to support positioning and differentiation.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with consulting, sales, alliances, SMEs, and marketing stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.Strong sense of narrative clarity, audience relevance, and the ability to simplify without losing depth.Ability to manage multiple content and GTM workstreams in parallel with strong execution discipline.For more experienced candidates, ability to guide messaging direction, influence GTM priorities, and work confidently with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.You bring depth in Data, Integration, and AI, along with the ability to translate that depth into business impact.
