We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Supply Chain to lead product strategy and execution across procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics systemsReporting to: Director of Product - Supply Chain This role will own end-to-end supply chain product initiatives that improve service levels, reduce wastage, and optimize fulfillment costs while enabling scalable growth.You will work closely with supply chain operations, planning, finance, data science, and engineering teams to build high-impact products that power Licious’ supply chain engine.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and drive the product vision for supply chain tech across procurement, planning, inventory, and fulfillment.Build and execute the roadmap aligned with business goals: fill rate, freshness SLAs, wastage reduction, and cost optimization.Identify opportunities to digitize and automate supply chain decision-making using data and ML.2. Demand & Supply Planning SystemsLead development of demand forecasting and supply planning tools.Improve forecast accuracy using historical data, seasonality, promotions, and external signalsPartner with data science teams to operationalize predictive planning models3. Inventory & Warehouse OptimizationDesign systems for inventory visibility, replenishment planning, and shelf-life optimization.Drive initiatives to reduce stockouts, overstocks, and expiries across FCs and dark stores.Build tooling for real-time inventory tracking and automated alerts.4. Logistics & Fulfillment PlatformsEnhance first-mile and last-mile supply chain platforms to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics.Optimize routing, batching, and dispatch allocation for efficient fulfillment.Work on capacity planning and network optimization to support rapid scale.5. Cross-functional LeadershipCollaborate with Supply Chain Ops, Category, Finance, and Engineering teams to define requirements and ship high-quality solutions.Translate complex operational problems into scalable tech products.Act as the single-threaded owner for supply chain product outcomes.6. Metrics & Impact OwnershipDefine and track key metrics: forecast accuracy, fill rate, wastage %, inventory turns, service level, and fulfillment cost per order.Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing to improve operational efficiency.Must-Have Qualifications6–9 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations-heavy domainsStrong experience building products for demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management (WMS), or logistics platforms.Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams on complex systems.Good-to-HaveExperience in consumer internet, e-commerce, grocery, or quick commerce supply chains.Exposure to ML-driven forecasting or optimization engines.Understanding of cold-chain or perishable inventory supply chains.MBA or equivalent business exposure is a plusKey CompetenciesProduct thinking with strong business orientationData-driven decision makingStakeholder management across ops & techStructured problem solvingExecution rigor in fast-paced environments
