Our customers range from some of the largestglobal corporations including more than 200 Fortune 1000 companies as well as mid-size enterprisesthat don’t have the IT resources to consolidate on an ERP platform but still want to automate andstreamline their receivables and treasury processes.Deal Desk Analyst - A Deal Desk Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and support to the sales team in the form of pricing, discounts, contract terms, and product availability.Responsibilities Understand the sales process and develop deal structures to address HRC customers’ objectivesIdentify and manage escalations and internal objections related to pricing and other commercial termsCommunicating ASC 605/ ASC606 governance rules and processesOptimize deal-making processes and knowledge managementBe a business advisor to support and create a win-win transaction for the company and the customer in guidance with the pre-defined Governance PoliciesConsulting mindset approach when interacting with stakeholders and the sales organizationCreation and distribution of standard and Non-Standard Enterprise License Agreement contractBuilding simple financial models and performing financial and data analytics to understand deal economics internal KPI performanceCollaborate with strategy teams to generate data insightsGathers and analyzes data to construct meaningful groupings for business trends and performance metricsEnsures accuracy and consistency of cohortsContributes to clear and effective external communicationsQualifications Any graduate or postgraduate with 2-3 years of work experience in Deal DeskThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal departments (Sales, Sales Ops, Finance)Problem solving ability and attention to details are essentialBasic Legal Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (LGRC) knowledgeExcellent skills in oral and written communication documenting business justificationsExcellent responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders
