RPA Specialist (UiPath) — AMSLocation: Pune, IndiaFunction: Application Managed Services (AMS) – AutomationPosition Type: Full‑timeTooling: UiPath (Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Robot/Assistant, REFramework)Role Summary:We are looking for an RPA Specialist to design, build, and run UiPath automations that streamline back‑office processes. You will convert well‑scoped process designs into resilient, supportable automations that improve SLA adherence, reduce manual effort, and enhance service quality for our airline customers.What You’ll Deliver (Success in 12 Months)- Stable, supportable automations with measurable effort reduction (AHT/throughput) and >98% successful unattended runs in BAU.- Robust exception handling with transaction‑level traceability via Orchestrator queues, logs, and alerting integrated to team support channels.- Complete lifecycle assets (PDD/SDD, test evidence, runbooks) aligned to processes.Responsibilities:- Translate PDD/SDD into UiPath solutions using REFramework, queues, assets, and Orchestrator schedules.- Build attended/unattended bots with strong exception strategies, retries, and compensating actions.- Integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk, email, files, REST/SQL) using connectors/activities and secure credentials.- Implement alerting (logs, business/technical exceptions) mapped to process flows- Maintain bots (fixes/enhancements), follow change management, and ensure compliance with security and data‑handling policies.- Document solutions (PDD/SDD), code comments, deployment notes, and support guides.Qualifications- 8+ years total experience with 3+ years hands‑on in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework).- Proven delivery of at least 3 end‑to‑end automations in production.- Strong skills in /C#/Python activities, selectors, data tables, regex, JSON/XML, and REST APIs.- Working knowledge of Git and package/version management; CI/CD exposure is a plus.Nice to Have- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (URPAA) or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).- Experience with Document Understanding, OCR, AI Center, Action Center.- Domain familiarity with airline processes.
