This role requires strong P&L understanding, execution of management strategies, and the ability to lead a workforce of 500+ employees to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipLead and execute company-wide manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals.Translate management vision, strategies, and business objectives into actionable operational plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations of mechanical parts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.Ensure optimal utilization of resources, capacity planning, and production scheduling.Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar best practices.Strong understanding and ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.Drive cost control, margin improvement, and operational profitability.Prepare and manage manufacturing budgets and track financial performance.Lead, mentor, and manage a workforce of minimum 500 employees across manufacturing units.Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning.Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and employee engagement.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with COO and senior leadership to align manufacturing objectives with business goals.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.Key RequirementsExperienceExperience 25+ years in similar type industry.
