Job Description: Lead - Alumni Connect and Process ExcellenceLocation: University Of Bristol Mumbai Enterprise Campus Department: Industry Partnerships and Career Services (IPCS)Reports to: Director – Industry Partnerships and Career Services (IPCS)Type: Full-timeRole Overview The Lead – Process Coordinator & Alumni Connect will support the operational backbone of the University of Bristol’s Mumbai Enterprise Campus career development function. The role focuses on managing backend systems, maintaining accurate student and employer data, supporting placement cycles, and coordinating logistics across three undergraduate (3-year) and three postgraduate (1-year) programmes.Key Responsibilities Systems & Data Management Manage CRM platforms used for employer partnerships, job postings, and hiring pipelinesMaintain student profiles, resumes, and data on LMS and career portalsEnsure reliable and audit-ready data across systemsGenerate dashboards, trackers, and periodic reportsCoordinate with IT partners or vendors for troubleshooting and workflow enhancementsJob Posting & Employer Coordination Upload, update, and monitor job postings and internship opportunitiesEnsure eligibility and role mapping across undergraduate and postgraduate programmesLiaise with recruiters to collect missing details and clarify requirementsMaintain employer-related documentation and communication logsPlacement Operations & Logistics Coordinate logistics for campus placement drives, interviews, assessments, and corporate sessionsCreate and share schedules, shortlists, and process documents with recruiters and studentsProvide on-ground and virtual support during placement activitiesMaintain real-time process trackers during placement cyclesReporting, Documentation & Class Profiles Prepare programme-wise and cohort-wise class profilesCompile recruitment reports, participation summaries, and placement status updatesMaintain documentation required for internal reviews and external auditsStudent Process Support Assist students with portal access, profile updates, and job application stepsFollow up on incomplete documents, resumes, or profile informationSupport the delivery of career workshops, orientation sessions, and information briefings from an operational standpointAlumni connections and Business DevelopmentSupporting the Business Development team by scouting for opportunitiesTapping into alumni networks by being their main point of contact for any university engagement activities and career supportExploring avenues for building industry partnerships through alumni connectionsRequired Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree is a plusExperience 6+ years of experience in career services, operations, CRM or LMS management, HR operations, education administration, or similar rolesPrior experience with university systems or recruitment processes preferredTechnical Skills Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets and data reportingWorking knowledge of CRM, LMS, ATS, or workflow management toolsAbility to troubleshoot basic technical and user issuesCore Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesHigh attention to detail with a data-accuracy mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStudent-centric and service-oriented approachCollaborative team playerWhy Join Us Be part of the foundational team supporting a world-class UK university’s India operation.
