This role involves leading data engineering initiatives, enabling real-time data replication, and building scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & ArchitectureLead and deliver data engineering programs with strong ownership mindsetDesign and implement real-time data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutionsBuild and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration workflowsOracle GoldenGate & CDCImplement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data synchronizationEnsure efficient data replication, consistency, and reliability across systemsOptimize performance of CDC pipelines and troubleshoot replication issuesAzure Data PlatformWork with Azure Data Services including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, storage, and security componentsDesign and implement cloud-native data architecturesCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure and optimized data deploymentsLeadership & CollaborationProvide technical leadership and guide teams on best practices in data engineeringCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data, platform, and DevOps teamsEnsure high-quality delivery with strong communication and stakeholder alignmentRequired Skills & Qualifications10–15 years of experience in Data EngineeringStrong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and Change Data Capture (CDC)Experience leading data engineering initiatives and programsStrong knowledge of Azure Data Engineering ecosystemHands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, storage, and securityGood understanding of DevOps practices in data environmentsStrong leadership, ownership, and communication skills
