This role will involve preparing and presenting financial reports to investors and founders, handling ad-hoc reporting requests, and coordinating with our outsourced accounting vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance.What You’ll OwnFinancial Planning & ForecastingPrepare and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysisBuild financial models and scenario plans to support business and leadership decisions2) Reporting & MISDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for founders and investorsLead MIS, periodic close processes, and audit coordination3) Financial Governance & Investor ReadinessEnsure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and US GAAP to support audit-quality reportingManage statutory requirements and cross-entity finance coordination across India and US entities4) Cash Flow & Business PartneringOwn cash flow planning, liquidity visibility, and banking coordinationSupport strategic analysis and cross-functional budgeting inputs across teamsWhat Makes You a Great FitBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
